Mental Health Liaison Nurse Jade Bowen helps patients suffering from stress, anxiety by offering coping strategies.

Reem is the BayHealth community pharmacist based in the Mumbles practice and holds a clinic every Tuesday morning to undertake medication reviews.
The District Nurses attached to the Practice are available to offer home care to patients who are genuinely housebound.

Unfortunately if you do not have transport this is not a reason to request a home visit, patients are expected to use bus, taxi or family members to transport to the surgery or can access Gower Voluntary Service (see info below).
Patients are eligible to use a scheme Gower Voluntary Service if they are elderly or have restricted mobility, and cannot make the journey by any other means. Eligible persons may find it difficult boarding a bus, or maybe they cannot walk to a bus stop.

Patients are required to book the transport in advance and they will be charged for using the service.
Our Practice Dietitian, is available to offer dietary and lifestyle advice to patients with weight problems or other clinical conditions such as diabetes, or heart disease. She has her own weekly clinic held at Norton surgery.
Chronic Conditions Management Nurse Jessica Huntley is employed by BayHealth Cluster to manage patients with chronic conditions to improve their care.
