COLLECTION TIMESCALES

We request that all patients order their repeat medication in a timely fashion, which allows the practice to assure safe prescribing.

We require 72 hours (3 working days) to process requests. This is in addition to timescales required by your local Pharmacies

It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that medication is ordered in good time.

Medication reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see/speak to the practice pharmacist, doctor, nurse or at least once a year to review these regular medications and notifications may appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate consultation to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
